NIPER JEE 2026 fees for M.S. (Pharm.), M.Pharm. and M.Tech.
The NIPER JEE 2026 master's brochure publishes the common fee table for Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mohali and Raebareli. Hostel admission, rent and electricity charges are excluded where a student does not opt for hostel accommodation. Fees are subject to modification as stated in the brochure.

Scholarships
- The NIPER JEE 2026 master's brochure states that eligible Indian candidates admitted on regular seats, excluding specified self-financing, sponsored and foreign-national categories, receive financial assistance/stipend of INR 12,400 per month subject to maintaining the minimum CGPA requirement.
- The same brochure states that MBA (Pharm.) financial assistance of INR 12,400 per month is available to the top three MBA (Pharm.) students during the second, third and fourth semesters; NIPER Kolkata's reviewed programme page does not list MBA (Pharm.) as a Kolkata programme.
